A Proclamation to honor a “Day of Peace” in celebration of the life of John Lennon

Let us honor October 9th as a proclaimed day of peace in the cities!

John Lennon was born 70 years ago and heavily impacts and influences our city in ways unseen as the role model he was to so many of us of his generation…. as well as the present generation ….and the generations to come.  Let us celebrate his life with a day of “Imagining Peace in our Community and to the other communities connected to us”.  “For you can’t have a violent thought while you imagine peace!”

“On this day October 9th in honor of a man of peace and love, we imagine peace and send Love to all of our neighbors and their neighbors and their neighbors and so on”.

    Sincerely,

    Bill Butch R Baker

UNFORTUNATELY, UPON REVIEW THE MAYOR IS NOT GOING TO OFFER A PROCLAMATION!
